Baked Honey-Garlic Chicken

Need an easy dinner tonight? This simple recipe glazes chicken breasts in a delicious sauce made with soy sauce, Bee Well Honey, and fresh lime juice.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Bee Well Honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp Sriacha
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil (divided)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Scallions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Bee Well Honey, lime juice, Sriracha, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon sesame oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the chicken until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
  6. Pour the honey glaze over the chicken.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Turn on the broiler and spoon additional glaze over the chicken. Broil for 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
